Annual election of directors

Guardian's 2019 Annual Election of Directors will take place:

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2019, FROM 10 A.M. TO 4 P.M.
AT OUR NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, LOCATED AT
10 HUDSON YARDS IN NEW YORK CITY   

Three candidates have been nominated to serve as Directors for three-year terms commencing January 1, 2020:

Please take the time to exercise your legal right as a policyholder to vote in the Annual Election, either in person or by mail. According to law, every policyholder whose policy or contract has been in force for at least one year before the election date shall be entitled to one vote only, regardless of the number of policies or contracts held. 

If you are eligible to vote, you will receive a proxy card in the mail or you can download one.  If you choose to vote by mail, please sign the proxy card you receive in the presence of a witness (as required by New York State Insurance Law) and return it in the postage-paid envelope that is included. If you choose to download a proxy card, click on the “download” button below and print the Policyholder's Proxy card, sign it (in the presence of a witness) and return it by mail to this address as soon as possible:
